Written authorization, scope, access boundaries, a recovery plan and acceptance criteria are required. Production deployment remains gated on engineering readiness and customer-specific review.
Evidence, not a guarantee
Evidence packages are intended to document checks and outcomes. Hashes support integrity checking; they do not make evidence tamper-proof. We do not guarantee zero downtime or successful rollback.
